全球育儿假政策
We are pleased to announce that we implement global standard that supports and celebrates life, and supports new parents. The below Global Parental Standard becomes effective from June 1, 2018in China.
我们很兴奋地宣布,我们公司推出能够支持和庆祝生活中美好时刻,以及支持新晋父母的全球政策。以下全球育儿假政策自2018年6月1日起在中国生效。

Maternity Leave
(产假)
Female employees are eligible for 16 weeks100% pay maternity leave or subject to local regulations whichever is higher with “Maternity Medical Proof” provided by local certified hospital. The detailed maternity leave days for special circumstances such as abortion, dystocia, multi-birth, late maternity etc. will be according to local regulations.
女员工可以享有16周带薪产假,或根据当地法规、凭当地卫生行政部门认可的医疗机构出具的《生育医学证明》享有更长天数的产假。对于流产、难产、多胎生产、晚育等不同情况所应该享受的具体产假天数,按照当地相关政策法规确定。

Parental Bonding Leave
(父母陪护假)
This applies to mother or father with a new child, whether welcomed by birth or through adoption or surrogacy.
此假期适用于有新子女的父亲或母亲,无论为自己生育、领养或代孕子女。
8 weeks 100% pay for the primary caregiver with a new child through adoption or surrogacy with birth certificate as proof of relationship
有新领养子女或出具可证明关系的出生证的代孕子女的父母,主要负责看护的一方享有8周带薪假期。
2 weeks 100% pay for the birth father or father with a new child of 1 year old or younger through adoption or surrogacy.
有新出生、领养或代孕一周岁及以下子女的父亲享有2周带薪假期。
For new child through adoption or surrogacy, leave application should be supported by legal proof of parental relationship.
如子女为领养或代孕,则父母在申请以上假期时必须提供具有法律效应的亲子关系证明。
In case of local regulations on paternity leave exceed Global Parental Standard, the detailed leave days and leave policy will be according to local regulations.
如当地政策法规中的相关规定优于公司全球育儿政策的,则执行当地政策法规中确定的休假天数和相关条款。

Pre-baby Support
(备孕支持假)
4 days 100% pay for In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) leave (2 days per cycle, up to 2 cycles per year) to support employees going through fertility treatments with medical proof provided by certified medical organization.
接受生育治疗的员工提供当地卫生行政部门认可的医疗机构的证明后,可享有4天带薪体外受孕假(每次疗程2天假期,每年最多2次疗程)。

Return-to-Work Support
(返回工作岗位支持)
Private nursing space for new mothers who are under lactation period. Details have already be announced separately.
公司为母乳喂养期女员工提供护理间,详细说明已经另行公布。
